Hagos E. Andebrhan,PE,PLS
Co-Owner and CEO
Hagos Andebrhan, a registered professional engineer as well as a registered surveyor, has served as co-owner and CEO of Taliaferro & Browne, Inc. since September 1992. He holds Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of Missouri — Columbia in Civil Engineering.
Hagos is originally from Eritrea, a small country in east Africa. He migrated to the United States in the early 1970s as a pilot trainee with Ethiopian Airlines. After leaving the pilot training program, he met Will Taliaferro, then owner and president of Taliaferro & Browne Consulting Engineers and became interested in the civil engineering field. He ultimately started work for Taliaferro & Browne as a draftsman and attended engineering school while working at T&B, graduating and becoming a principal engineer with the firm.
After Mr. Taliaferro's death in 1990, Hagos and Leonard Graham, a long-time friend from college days, purchased the firm from the Taliaferro estate. Under their leadership, the firm has grown from a staff of approximately 12 in 1992 to over 45 people today.

Leonard J. Graham, PE
Co-Owner and President
A native of Kansas City, Mr. Graham received his Bachelors and Masters degrees from the University of Missouri — Columbia in Civil Engineering as well as a Bachelors of Liberal Arts degree from the University of Missouri — Kansas City. He is also a graduate of the Kansas City Tomorrow Leadership Development Program, having participated in Year IX.
Mr. Graham, a registered professional engineer, has served as co-owner and president of Taliaferro & Browne, Inc. since September 1992. He spent the previous 17 years with another engineering firm, the last four years in the capacity of partner and vice-president.
